Personal brand photography in Devon | Nutrition Consultant, Writer and Analyst
It was such a joy to collaborate on this relaxed personal brand photo-shoot with the lovely Kerry Torrens here in Devon!
Kerry works in the world of nutrition; writing for magazines, digital media, contributing recipes to cookbooks, analysing recipes, and speaking on these topics.
She’s passionate about food, education and making information accessible, relatable and easy to understand (and therefore possible for people to implement!) in this ever evolving world of communication and technology - and science!
We planned to create a variety of new shots for her online profiles and for media features that gave a feel for her personality, wealth of experience, competence, reliability and the feeling of being a 'safe pair of hands’.
Visually, we aimed to create two different vibes in her photos… some that were moody, striking and earthy, and others that were bright, colourful, and fresh!
I love what we made and that we were able to capture both of these aesthetics on our shoot at the beautiful The Tribe event space, near Totnes! The natural textures, surroundings, and beautiful light was perfect for our photos. I set up a studio environment for the dark-background images.

Kerry and I shared just a 30 minute photo-shoot with a little buffer time either side to get in the zone and wrap up, and we created such a lot in that time.
