Living in a valley means I often get terrible FOMO about how good the views might be looking from the hilltops... this compels me to grab my camera and head up through the woods to see what I can see!

I painted this outlook from a photograph I made on one of those occasions... finding myself in a hilltop field. It was a gorgeously sunny and frosty morning. Steam slowly rose up from the melting ice, over the trees and from all the places the light touched.

This is a Giclée Fine Art Print of that goache painting.

The size of the paper these prints are created on are 5x5", 10x10" and 20x20" inches.

The printed image itself is slightly smaller within that space, so each print has a blank border around the edges.

Each print is signed in pencil, and printed on beautifully smooth Hahnemühle Bamboo 290gsm paper. I've found this paper type to be the best for bringing out the detail and depth of my original paintings (and I've tested quite a few!). Being made from this sustainable and natural resource, it also makes it an environmentally friendly paper.


A few extra notes!

You will receive your print in a recycled card envelope, within a biodegradable, compostable, eco friendly sleeve, packaged safe n sound to reach you intact! Any compostable packaging will be 'stickered' so you can be sure it's compostable. I also repurpose packaging materials when possible to minimise my impact on the environment and these usually come in handy for larger orders and won't have a 'compostable' sticker.

Please note that due to monitor differences, the colours of your print may vary very slightly from what you see online here on your screen. I can assure you that as a (recovering) perfectionist I work carefully to match the appearance of the prints to the original painting!
