Event: Find the Courage to be Visible with Your Brand

It's such an honour to be speaking at the next Brighton & Hove Therapies event: Healthy Business Hub on Wed 25th July 2018!

I'll be sharing about how to use photography to create real and meaningful engagement with your audience, what it means to 'be yourself' in your brand and have a clear message, finding the confidence to be VISIBLE, and why it matters so much.

Being self employed is an incredible journey and can trigger so many of the questions and doubts we have about ourselves and who we are to show up with what we have to say - this talk is going to bust some of those fears that can hold us back from our most authentic expression, we'll look at how photography and storytelling impact your brand and how you can use it to grow your business soulfully and attract more ideal clients.

I've looooved this regular high vibe meetup since I moved to Brighton and am so excited to for this next one!

Come join us, tickets here.

My incredible sister Anna is hosting a retreat in France next month! Find all the details here.

Anna has always been a huge teacher for me... Always going for her truth, standing strong for what she believes in while being one of the most playful, fun and compassionate people I know.

I'm so proud of her for creating this event. She's really excited to be bringing together creative, likeminded people who are ready to let their hair down, reconnect with themselves, unite their mind-body-spirit connection, PLAY and maybe learn something new about themselves and their potential.

"Gift yourself the opportunity to do something different. To take the time you deserve to reconnect with your passions, have fun, relax, clarify your goals, practice mindfulness, celebrate, feel energised, rediscover yourself and make friends!"

When: 16th August - 21st August 2017
Where: Juvigné, North-West France (at a rustic French Manor House built in 1839!)
Investment: From £397 (including meals)

Aids Ark's Dinner for 1 Fundraising Event

Last weekend I was delighted to photograph a series of Aids Ark fundraising dinners around London. Dinners were hosted worldwide on 9th March, and for the ones in London they were followed by a fabulous after party at private members club Adams Street. Over £30,000 was raised from the evening, an absolutely amazing achievement. What this money will go towards is going to make a huge difference to those living with HIV/AIDS in the developing world.

Alongside videographer Chloe Pemberton, I travelled to three dinners including Graham Nortons, to document part of their evenings.

We headed to the after party (organised by Alastair Brown Events) which included live entertainment and was followed by a heartfelt speech by one of the co-founders of the wonderful charity, Jeremy Norman. A raffle was also held and some amazing prizes were kindly donated by brands such as Soho Gyms.

Dinner for 1 has become an annual event. You can find out more about how you can help to raise money through fundraising here or donate now here.

AIDS Ark Fundraising Event at Menswear Store Fohxall, Covent Garden

Last week I covered AIDS Ark's fundraising event, Shopp1ng for 1 at Covent Gardens new menswear store, Foxhall. Since AIDS Ark was extablished in 2002, they have helped to save the lives of hundreds of individuals by enabling access access to HIV medication at the frontiers of the developing world - currently they are working in India, Burma, Thailand, South Africa and Lesotho.

They currently provide approximately £300 per patient per year to cover the combined cost of ARV's and associated medical care.

It is run by volunteers who work to identify medical clinics in these regions that treat HIV+ patients, and all overheads are paid by its Trustees.

Find out more about the work that AIDS Ark do, and donate at their website here.

Foxhall discounted sales by 10% on the night, donating a further 10% of their profits to AIDS Ark.

Caorunn Gin kindly sponsored the evening, and festive cocktails mixed by Stu Bale were enjoyed by all!
